from Salem, Tualatin, Wilsonville (I-5 Northbound)
Take I-5 North to Exit 297, Terwilliger Blvd. Stay on the exit road to the junction (stoplight) with Terwilliger Blvd. Turn right (south) and follow signs to Tryon Creek State Park. Keep on Terwilliger Blvd. past the intersection with Taylors Ferry Road and the Boones Ferry Road (which angle off to the right). At the traffic circle, continue past the entrance Lewis and Clark Northwest School of Law and follow the brown and white sign to Tryon Creek State Park. The park is approximately 1 mile ahead on the right.
from NW Portland and Vancouver, WA (I-5 Southbound)
Take I-5 South to Exit 297, Terwilliger Blvd., which brings you in a curve to the intersection with Barbur Blvd. North. Turn right onto Barbur staying in the right hand lane and immediately turn right onto Terwilliger Blvd.at the next stoplight. This crosses over the freeway heading east. Keep on Terwilliger Blvd. past the intersection with Taylors Ferry Road and the Boones Ferry Road (which angle off to the right). At the traffic circle, continue past the entrance Lewis and Clark Northwest School of Law and follow the brown and white sign to Tryon Creek State Park. The park is approximately 1 mile ahead on the right.
from East Portland/Gresham
Take I-84 west toward Portland, turning south on I-5 (southbound). Take I-5 South to Exit 297, Terwilliger Blvd., which brings you in a curve to the intersection with Barbur Blvd. North. Cross the Willamette River on either the Ross Island Bridge or teh Sellwood Bridge.
- Ross Island Bridge - Follow signs at the west end of the bridge to Barbur blvd (South), not city center!! Continue on Barbur Blvd. to the intersection with Terwilliger Blvd. Turn left across the freeway heading east. Keep on Terwilliger Blvd. past the intersection with Taylors Ferry Road and the Boones Ferry Road (which angle off to the right). At the traffic circle, continue past the entrance Lewis and Clark Northwest School of Law and follow the brown and white sign to Tryon Creek State Park. The park is approximately 1 mile ahead on the right.
- Sellwood Bridge - Follow signs to Highway 43 (south) - this loops to the right and heads under the bridge toward Lake Oswego. Turn right onto Terwilliger Blvd. just before entering Lake Oswego. The park entrance is approximately 2 miles further on the left hand side.
from Beaverton, Tigard, and points west
Take Highway 217 East past the I-5 intersection. East of the Intersection, Hwy. 217 becomes Kruse Way. Stay on Kruse Way until it deadends at Boones Ferry Road. Turn Left and go north about 5 miles to the Terwilliger Blvd junction. Turn right onto Terwilliger blvd. heading east. At the traffic circle, continue past the entrance Lewis and Clark Northwest School of Law and follow the brown and white sign to Tryon Creek State Park. The park is approximately 1 mile ahead on the right.
from Canby, Oregon City and points southeast
Take 99E and cross the Oregon City bridge or take I-205 and get off at the Hwy 43/West Linn/Lake Oswego Exit. Drive north about 6 miles to the north eend of Lake Oswego. Turn left onto Terwilliger Blvd. Park is about 2 miles ahead of the left hand side.
