The Tryon Creek State Park Let's Go Camping Program for July 26/27th is FULL.

Wanting to learn how to camp but would feel more comfortable with some help from the experts?  Join the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department and the Friends of Tryon Creek State Park for an overnight camp-out, open to all ages and abilities.   We will be exploring and camping at Milo McIver State Park , on the beautiful Clackamas River .

'Let's Go Camping' program is a Oregon Parks and Recreation Department and Friends of Tryon Creek partnership. It is made possible by the generous support of REI-tualatin.

Fee:
$15.00 per family
(up to 6 person family, $2 charge per person thereafter)
Scholarships are available.

**Preference will be given to first time participants

PLEASE DO NOT BRING PETS, ALCOHOL OR WEAPONS


General Information and Calendar of Activities

Camping Trip I:
Sat/Sun, May 17th & 18th
Pre-meeting set for 10 May 2008 at 9am at the nature center. These informational meetings are informal, but attendance is strongly suggested.

Camping Trip II
Sat/Sun, July 26th & 27th
Pre-meeting is not yet set but they are usually scheduled at week before the event.

Equipment will be available on loan basis for free.
