Instructions

  • Choose 'Camp Descriptions and Schedule' to register.
  • Our system allows registration for a single camper for multiple sessions of the same camp (for example, multiple sessions of Forest Secrets). 
  • If you would like to register a camper for two different camps (example; Ecology Sleuths and Our Wild Woods) you would register your camper twice, once for each camp. The system should remember information you typed in from the first registration.
  • Adventure Camps are all listed on the same registration form so you may register your child for different Adventure Camps on the same transaction.
  • If you have multiple children to register, you would register each camper separately.
  • Kindly give us 2 weeks to process your registration form and send confirmation. We will call you if there are any problems or your child is waitlisted for a camp. Thank you for your patience.

Waitlist Policy

  • To be waitlisted for a camp, please register and complete all fields, including payment information. Your credit card will NOT be charged until a space becomes available and you give permission to proceed with the payment. If a space becomes available and you decline, you are removed from the waitlist and your credit card information is permanently deleted. NOTE: Even though our system retains your Credit Card information during the time your child is on our waitlist, we are not allowed to see or access this information except for the last four digits.
  • After registration, you will receive an email informing you of your child’s place on the waitlist. You will be notified via phone and/or email as soon as a space becomes available. We can give no estimation of when or if a space may become available.

 

Age/Grade Level

  • Age level refers to the age the child is at the start of camp.
  • Grade level refers to the grade child will be as of September of 2012.

 

Extended Care

  • Extended care is offered from the hours of 8-9 am and 3-5 pm for full day and overnight camps. Charge is $5/hour, per day, per child. Preregistration is required.
  • Note: There is no extended care at 1:00pm for the half day camps.

Payment Options

Day Camp registrations are processed on-line. If you are not able to register your child or children in this manner, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help you with the registration process.
